By accessing or using ResponseForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Description of Service
ResponseForge is an AI-powered direct response copywriting platform that generates marketing copy, headlines, subject lines, calls to action, and related campaign content. We do not guarantee specific results, conversion rates, or campaign performance from the use of our generated content.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use ResponseForge.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features require a paid subscription. All fees are exclusive of taxes. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Intellectual Property
ResponseForge and its underlying technology, software, and branding are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. The copy and content generated by the platform for your use is yours to use for your own marketing campaigns, subject to your subscription tier's usage rights.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ResponseForge to generate content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform's operations. Violation may result in immediate account termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
ResponseForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ResponseForge operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
